- To strengthen the values of ethics, quality, transparency and accountability in the operation of the municipal organization, with the objective of contributing to the improvement of local democracy.
- Promote the development of an Institutional Integrity Plan that will allow us to go beyond the commitment to the code of ethics, good governance and conduct.
New municipal data management model
- Promote a new municipal data management model to improve the planning and management of the achievement of objectives, the unified and systematized treatment of data, its analysis and the generation of information oriented to decision-making, and the results, providing citizens with access to open data.
