The definition of Terrassa’s Urban Agenda involves carrying out a diagnosis, with the aim of reflecting the city’s situation in the year 2022 and describing the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the city in the future to face the challenges of the 2030 horizon. A series of non-local phenomena that have a significant impact on the Terrassa reality should be highlighted.
