- Systematize and enhance the use of new technologies, new channels and new resources and languages to offer more agile, direct and specialized institutional communication services, connecting more effectively with the information interests of the public.

- Terrassa, ciutat tecnològica, de talent i emprenedora: situar la tecnologia al servei del progrés col·lectiu en àmbits com l’activitat econòmica, educació i formació, equitat social, ocupació, igualtat d’oportunitats…
- Promote activities in the fields of industry 4.0, blockchain, artificial intelligence, data management, machine learning, cybersecurity, internet of things and quantum computing.
- Reduce the “digital divide” and promote technological training for all.

- Develop a digitalization plan, as a new stage from the Smart City Plan, in four axes: City Hall and digital governance (efficacy, efficiency, proximity, open government), citizen life (digitally transforming public services to improve the quality of life), economy (promoting innovation and digitalization to economic activity) and people (digital citizenship, digital equity, digital divide, digital rights and duties…).
