Fostering social cohesion and seeking equity
Accessibility for all and throughout the city
- The Municipal Accessibility Plan identifies architectural barriers in public spaces and urban transport, proposes solutions and budget forecasts and establishes an implementation program with the aim of guaranteeing accessibility to everyone and throughout the city.
Promoting active and healthy aging
- The Local Plan for integral aging defines four main strategic axes, taking into account the current situation and demographic forecasts up to the 1930s: valuing and recognizing the social and cultural contribution of the elderly, attention and care towards vulnerabilities, the generation of favorable environments, and awareness raising.
Elaborate a Local Youth Plan
- The objective is set to develop, through a participatory process, a Local Youth Plan 2022-2026 to define the strategic lines, programs and actions that should shape local youth policies, to offer young people the conditions to develop their life projects, equal opportunities and exercise active citizenship.
Intersectionality in local public policies
- To apply the intersectional approach in local public policies for non-discrimination, a perspective to be developed and deepened in the field of public policies for equality.
Healthy neighborhoods
- Promote the Healthy Neighborhoods project, based on citizen participation, to improve the health, in a broad sense, of the entire neighborhood: public space, social relations, daily life. The aim is to achieve a neighborhood that provides citizens with the necessary means for everyone to take care of themselves and others. The actions to be included will rule out investments and subsidies, to focus on services, organization of activities, training, awareness-raising actions, studies…
Affective, sexual and gender diversity
- Promote, from the DASIG Plan, co-governance in public policies for affective, sexual and gender diversity, promoting a municipal strategy from which to accompany and promote freedom in the construction of gender, and its visibility as a positive value in society.
